1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradeSnap at tradesnap.io or app.tradesnap.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

TradeSnap is operated by Hello Digital, Ltd. Co., a Texas limited liability company doing business as TradeSnap ("TradeSnap," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hello Digital, Ltd. Co.

2. Description of Service

TradeSnap is a market intelligence and alert platform that provides users with real-time and delayed stock market data, halt alerts, technical signal notifications, market news, a trading journal, and an AI-powered coaching tool (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

TradeSnap is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial planner, or registered investment adviser. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See Section 9 (Investment Disclaimer) for the full disclaimer.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password confidential and not share account access
  • Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TradeSnap offers a single subscription plan billed on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. New subscribers begin with a 7-day free trial; your payment method is charged on day 8 unless you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of the Platform. Your access will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
  • Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases via email to your registered address.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until the balance is resolved.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without our express written permission
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive source code from the Platform
  • Use the Platform to manipulate markets or engage in any fraudulent trading activity
  • Share, resell, or redistribute Platform data or alerts to third parties without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform except as expressly permitted

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the TradeSnap name and brand, is the property of Hello Digital, Ltd. Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party data providers and is subject to their respective terms and restrictions. You may not redistribute, repackage, or resell market data obtained through the Platform.

You retain ownership of any trade data, notes, or journal entries you create on the Platform. By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Third-Party Services and Data

The Platform integrates with third-party services including market data providers, payment processors, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of data provided by third parties. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable due to factors outside our control.

8. AI Coach

The AI Coach feature (available to all TradeSnap subscribers) uses artificial intelligence to provide educational feedback based on your trading history and patterns. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI Coach responses are educational and informational only — they are not investment advice
  • The AI Coach will not recommend specific securities to buy or sell
  • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • You should not make financial decisions based solely on AI Coach output
  • Conversations with the AI Coach may be used to improve the Service, in anonymized form

9. Investment Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. TradeSnap provides market data, alerts, signals, and educational tools for informational purposes only. The information provided through the Platform does not constitute investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice.

TradeSnap, Hello Digital, Ltd. Co., and its officers, employees, and affiliates:

  • Are not registered investment advisers, broker-dealers, or financial planners
  • Do not recommend any specific securities, investment strategies, or trading decisions
  • Make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided
  • Are not responsible for any trading losses incurred by users of the Platform

All trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADESNAP AND HELLO DIGITAL, LTD. CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRADING LOSSES, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hello Digital, Ltd. Co., its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

12. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Before filing any legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting [email protected].
